Canyoning is an activity that is both athletic and fun. It’s very popular in the Grenoble area and allows you to explore natural settings that are often exceptional but, above all, inaccessible by any other means. Canyoning involves descending waterways on foot, by swimming, or with the help of a rope. You’ll be equipped with a wetsuit, a pair of neoprene socks, a harness, and a helmet, and together we’ll tackle the obstacles we encounter one by one.
